The Venue

The recently refurbished Lincoln Drill Hall is situated right in the heart of Lincoln city centre. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, this multi-purpose venue can accommodate everything from entertainment and social events to business meetings, conferences, training events and corporate hospitality.

Add to that a professional and proactive team able to respond to your requirements and offer first-class support and you can be assured of a successful result, whatever your event.

Spaces within the venue available to hire include:

  • The Auditorium
  • The Ruston Room and The Abbey Room, two large meeting rooms
  • The Green Room and The Blue Room, available for smaller sessions

A Business Centre

Lincoln Drill Hall is the ideal business centre for board meetings, seminars and corporate hospitality. The Auditorium and meeting rooms are furnished to a high standard and equipped with the latest technology including superb presentation, lighting and sound systems and recording facilities.

We offer a range of technical features to suit all events, all of which are provided at no additional charge, including:

The Auditorium

The Auditorium has become a popular venue because of its ability to meet the needs of virtually any event. With flexible seating, staging, lighting and sound facilities, this versatile space can be set up as a 100 to 370 seat theatre, perfect for conferences, seminars, presentations and film screenings.

The theatre seating can be partially or totally removed to allow for cabaret, banqueting and dinner dances, training sessions, exhibitions, displays and retail events.

The Auditorium also features the latest sound and lighting technology, which can be used to turn even the most everyday seminar into an event that will impress your business associates—a service that is included in the hire price.

Meeting Rooms

As well as The Auditorium, Lincoln Drill Hall has a number of fully equipped meeting rooms that are ideal for everything from one-to-one sessions through to mid-size meetings, training events and breakout or parallel groups linked to Auditorium events.

Each room varies in size but all offer the same high standard of furnishings and d{e’}cor and can be equipped with a range of presentational facilities at no extra cost.

Armoury Cafe Bar

The Armoury Cafe Bar is also available to hire. Tastefully combining the building’s original Victorian and Edwardian features with clean modern design, this unique space is the perfect location for product launches, press conferences, meet and greet, entertainment and social events. Professional Staff

Our job is to make sure you get what you want from your event and to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible. Whatever you require, our staff will be pleased to advise on room configuration, facilities, support services and catering. We will also assign to you a member of staff to act as your dedicated point of contact before, during and after your event.
